Consciousness

Consciousness, a term with multifaceted meanings, is best understood as awareness and the repository of information on a quantum level, including thoughts. How can one expand consciousness and elevate their levels? Unfortunately, consciousness has declined over the past century due to the toxins of modern society. However, a collective awakening is taking place, and humanity is striving to transcend our animalistic tendencies of violence.

One significant factor contributing to this decline is the modern educational system. As young children, we are compelled to learn numerous subjects that hold little value in practical life. Despite this realization, imposed by the system, children lack the power to challenge it and are easily influenced by their similarly indoctrinated parents. These parents perpetuate the belief that achieving good grades is essential for success. However, school primarily benefits disciplines that require extensive knowledge, such as medicine, law, and engineering. Over time, the inundation of these pursuits hampers a child's original thoughts, replacing them with societal implants and deepening confusion about the human experience. Though individuals may still exhibit intelligence after high school, perhaps attending college or entering the workforce, it is a fact that after five years without education, the brain tends to stagnate, leading to repetitive thinking. To counteract this, meditation, transformative experiences like mushroom trips, or engaging in meaningful conversations may be helpful. Unfortunately, when conversing with individuals of lower consciousness, these efforts often prove fruitless, as I have personally experienced.

Another factor influencing consciousness is the consumption of unhealthy food. The saying "you are what you eat" holds true. Starting as a 5-8lb baby and continually ingesting food, one's current state as a remarkable human being is evident. However, as processed junk food, seed oils, and various harmful chemicals enter our bodies, they do little to benefit our well-being and are primarily designed to generate profits for those producing them. In my opinion (bearing in mind that everyone is different), an animal-based diet consisting of meat, fruits, vegetables, and raw honey is ideal. Researching and understanding what best suits your human body is crucial.

Social media is another factor diminishing consciousness in the modern era. Although it can be a valuable tool for education and wealth creation, many individuals mindlessly scroll through endless content, consuming mind-numbing and senseless material without even realizing its negative impact. These platforms employ algorithms that know users better than they know themselves, recommending unrealistic images of photoshopped individuals, leading to self-comparison and mental anguish. These companies exploit human psychology, employing specific colors (such as red) to trigger panic responses in our primal brains. By becoming conscious of these factors, one can progress towards greater self-awareness and unity within.

Religion, a controversial factor, also impacts consciousness. Following a religion wholeheartedly and practicing disciplined virtues is acceptable. However, many self-proclaimed religious individuals do not exemplify these qualities. If they fail to embody their religion's teachings, their claim to religiosity holds little validity. In my opinion, most religions originated thousands of years ago, initiated by prophets such as Jesus in Christianity, Mohammed in Islam, and Buddha in Buddhism. I may not be extensively familiar with the teachings of these prophets, but one message Jesus conveyed was that the kingdom of heaven resides within oneself. However, over time, distortions occurred in the interpretation of these teachings, leading to the creation of concepts like heaven and hell, which were used to manipulate the masses into obedience and compliance. Such narratives resemble children's fairy tales. It is my belief that these prophets were enlightened spirits who incarnated on Earth to guide humans. Regrettably, due to humanity's inherent primate nature, their teachings were twisted by power-hungry individuals.

Lastly, many humans predominantly identify with their bodies and minds, primarily driven by the ego. When convinced that one's identity is solely tied to the ego, a miserable life often ensues. To experience a more fulfilling existence, it is advisable to identify with the mind and spirit, recognizing that the body is merely a temporary vessel for achieving personal goals. Why identify with the spirit? Because the spirit is eternal, embarking on a new adventure within this dense reality with each incarnation. Conversely, the ego is born and dies within a single lifetime, amplifying the significance of death and instilling fear. However, in reality, only the physical body decomposes, while the soul endures. Recognizing these aspects and acknowledging that many people are caught in a cycle of being NPC (non-player characters), brainwashed individuals, or lost souls, will set you apart and elevate you beyond the limitations of being a mere human. Rather than conforming to societal norms, consider alternative paths, breaking away from the typical NPC trajectory of completing school, potentially attending college, working tirelessly until retirement, and finally starting to live life as a decrepit old person. While this may sound disheartening, many individuals trapped in this cycle are aware of its consequences but fail to take action to secure financial freedom. Instead of using your phone solely for entertainment, invest time in learning. The entirety of humanity's knowledge lies at your fingertips, yet few utilize it effectively. Strive to make more money by expanding your knowledge, not just by adhering to a predetermined work schedule. It is possible to retire at an early age, but our primate brains tend to be naturally indolent when basic needs are met. Lower-conscious individuals who lack a broader perspective will live their lives, only to be reincarnated and start learning anew. The reincarnation cycle serves the purpose of imparting important lessons with each incarnation, but why not accelerate your spiritual evolution?
